Common questions
- Is it a subscription?
- No. One payment buys 90 days and then stops. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. If you need longer, you buy again — and buying again while you still have days left adds to them rather than replacing them.
- What happens when the 90 days run out?
- Your account stays, and so does everything in it — your box positions, your exam attempts, your drill record. You drop back to the free preview and can pick the rest up again whenever you want.
- Can I get a refund?
- Email within 14 days and we refund you in full. No form and no reason required. See terms and refunds.
- Do I have to buy the code books too?
- No. The exam supplies the NEC, NFPA 70E and the Cal/OSHA guide on screen, and all three are free to read online before the day. What to buy lists the free sources first and explains when a paper copy is actually worth it.
- Can I buy for a class or a crew?
- Yes — 2 seats or more comes as a single code that each person redeems on their own account, keeping their own progress. For schools and employers has the details.
