What you are buying

$40 buys 90 days of access to the study tools: the flashcards, the practice exam bank, the formula drill and the study plan. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription — nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel. Buying again while you still have days left adds to them rather than replacing them.

A free account can read everything. Access is what lets the app record your progress.

Refunds

If it is not what you expected, email within 14 days and we will refund you in full. No form to fill in and no reason required.

You can read every card, the whole code map and a practice question before paying a penny, and the practice test is free to anyone — so you should be able to judge this before you buy. The refund window is there for when that still is not enough.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and access ends when the refund is issued. Your study record is not deleted, so it is still there if you come back.

What this is not

This is a study aid. It is not the code book, and it is not a substitute for reading it. Everything here is authored fact about where rules live and how procedures run, written against the 2023 NEC — always verify against the code itself before you rely on anything for real work.

We do not guarantee that you will pass. Nobody honestly can. The exam is set and graded by the State of California and its administrators, and the content outline, fees and rules are theirs to change without telling us.

Your account

One account is for one person. Do not share your login or redistribute the content — if you want to put a crew through it, get in touch and we will sort out seats properly.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may close an account that is being shared or used to bulk-copy the content, and we will refund any unused days if we do.

Changes

If these terms change materially, days you have already bought keep the terms you bought them under.
